Mark E. Berger

Mark Edward Berger, 70, ofElkhart, died Thursday, July 8, 2021, at his residence under Hospice care.

He was born September 16, 1950 in Elkhart to Lowell and Audrey (Searer) Berger.

On January 23, 1976 he married Frances Dunfee.

She survives along with a son, Marc (Heidi Boht) Berger of Elkhart; a granddaughter, Sheyanne Boht; a great-granddaughter, Monica Lowe; a brother, George (Diann) Berger of Mishawaka; a nephew, Mike Berger of Illinois; and close friends Ben Wagner, Edward Hufford and Kirk Hoover.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Tom Berger.

Mark was a 1969 Concord High School graduate. He was a loving husband and father. He worked in the Nautica manufacturing plant in Elkhart.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

A family private service will take place at a later date.
