Marjorie Teuscher Miller, 73, of Goshen died Monday, Feb. 26, 2018 at IU Health University Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born Oct. 24, 1944 in Pigeon, Michigan to Harry and Lydia (Shetler) Teuscher.
On July 18, 1998 she married LeRoy “Lefty” Miller in Goshen.
He survives along with a step-son, Kirk Miller of Goshen; and five siblings, Carol (Donald Voth) Beachey of Memphis, Tennessee, Wilma (Milfred) Mast of Middlebury, Wayne Teuscher of Fort Wayne, Ruth (Bob) Rice of Auburn, Pennsylvania, and Patricia (Wayne) Gascho of East Earl, Pennsylvania.
A Goshen College graduate, Marjorie received her master’s degree in education from Ball State University, Muncie. She was a third grade and art teacher at Shipshewana Elementary for 31 years.
Marjorie enjoyed music and sang with the Camerata Singers and the Goshen Community Choir. She was a member of Pleasant View Church, where she was active in many areas, and the Goshen Painter’s Guild.
Friends may call Monday, March 5, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. Friends may also call Tuesday at Pleasant View Church, 58529 C.R. 23, Goshen from 9 to 9:30 a.m. A 10:30 a.m. memorial service will be conducted at the church with Pastors Tyler Hartford and Ron Diener officiating.
Burial will take place at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service at Pleasant View Cemetery.
