Margo B. Shidler

Margo B. Shidler, 81, of Butte, Montana and formerly of Goshen, passed away January 25, 2023 at St. James Hospital, Butte, after a brief illness.

She was born December 13, 1941, in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, to Andrew Osia and Mildred Jorah.

On August 3, 1999, she married Douglas A. Shidler in Chicago, who survives.

Also surviving are her six children, Wayne (Susan) Jones of Jonesville, Michigan, Georgia (Bob) Barnes of Elkhart, Timothy (LeAnn) Jones of Hillsdale, Michigan, Roston Jones of Elkhart, Dale (Beth) Jones of Goshen and Shawn (Julie) Jones of Jonesville, Michigan; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother Donny Jorah of Hawaii and seven half-siblings, James Osia, Marie Osia Bell, Mary Osia Grillo, Damita Osia DeAngelo, Jeannie Lynn Osia Young and Roger and Don Thomas, all of Michigan.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Ray Jones in 1997.

A graduate of South Lake High School, St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Margo worked as a CNA at nursing homes and later at Dutch Mills for 20 years.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2023, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday, February 3, from 9 until the 10 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
