Margaret Anne Slusher, 73, of Elkhart died Wednesday, January 20, 2021at IU Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.

She was born October 13, 1947 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Arno and Mari (Garbett) Mach.

Survivors include two children, Shari (Cory) Powell of Bristol and Scott Slusher of Elkhart; two step-sons, Ryan (Stephanie) Slusher of Arizona and Rick Slusher of Elkhart; four grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren and a sister, Barb (Henry) Hamsher of North Carolina.

A 1965 graduate of Elkhart High School, Margaret was a beautician and had worked for both Affordable Insurance, Goshen and Treesh Insurance, Elkhart.  She volunteered for Adopt-A- Pet and Elkhart Cancer Society and served as past Auxiliary Commander for DAV Chapter 19.  She was a member of the Michiana Classic Chevy Club.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Stephen Holmes will officiate.  Burial will be at a later date in Chapel Hill Memorial Garden.
