Margaret Schwartz

Margaret Schwartz, 97, formerly of Goshen, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 in Dublin, Georgia. She was born January 18, 1916 in Luana, Clayton County, Iowa to Frank Martin Albert Kuhse and Louise Albertine (Mueller) Dorman. Following the death of father, she was adopted by her step-father, John Dorman. She married Donald Elmer Schwartz, November 5, 1936 in Des Moines, Iowa. She is survived by a son, Ronald (Elizabeth Ann) Schwartz of Dublin, Ga.; a daughter, Ragene L. (Edward Fortier of Seneca, S.C.; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Iris Vana of Carbondale, Ill., and Leverne Brown of Las Cruces, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; a grandson, Ronald John Schwartz; and two brothers, Walter and Donald Dorman. A matron of the Eastern Star, Mrs. Schwartz retired from Johnson Controls where she worked in payroll. Friends may call 10 to 11 a.m., WednesdayMarch 13, 2013, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where an 11 a.m. committal service will be conducted. Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Goshen Salvation Army.
