Margaret "Peg" H. Reimard

Margaret “Peg” H. Reimard, 91, of Goshen, died early Tuesday morning, February 5, 2008, at Greencroft Healthcare. She was born in Millville, Pennsylvania on April 14, 1916, to Grant and Sarah L. (Manning) Holdren.  She married Edward F. Reimard on October 9, 1940, in Muncy, Pennsylvania.  He died May 18, 1996. Mrs. Reimard owned and operated a beauty shop in Millville for many years.  After moving to Goshen in 1975 she worked for Plaut’s Ladies Apparel for a number of years. She was a sorority mother in the Alpha Omicron Chapter Delta Chi Sigma Sorority and a longtime social member of VFW Post #985 in Goshen. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara (Sterling) Snow of Seattle, Washing, Sarah (Jerome) Donovan of Wayland, Michigan, and Nancy (William) Brennan of South Bend; a son, Robert W. (Alice) Reimard of Sheridan, Montana and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward. Mrs. Reimard donated her body to Indiana University Medical Center.
