Marcella J. Morris

Marcella J. Morris, 74, of Goshen, died Thursday, July 27, 2017, at her home.

She was born January 21, 1943 in Notomine, West Virginia to Burnace and Lena (Carroll) Stout.

On July 30, 1982 she married Leonard H. Morris, in Thurman, Ohio.

He survives along with two children, Robert E. (Theresa) Corvin of Bristol and Jennifer L. (Gary Miller, fiancé) Robinson of Goshen; two grandchildren, Larry Allen Kocher and James (Andrea) Kerr; six great-grandchildren, Katlyn Marie and Clayton Michael Corvin, Zachery, Bella and Jasmine Kerr and Lily Fowler; a beloved grand-dog, Digger; sisters, Darlene (Bill Smith) Halley and Carolyn (Walt) Loveday, both of Gallipolis, Debbie Williams of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, Denise (Pete) Barry of Rio Grande, Ohio and Angie (A.J.) Owens of Thurman, Ohio; a brother, Richard (Kim) Stout of Rio Grande, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Sandra K. Kocher; a grandson, Michael Corvin and a brother, Burnie Stout.

Mrs. Morris worked at Anderson Bolling and then Goshen Rubber as a quality control inspector.  While still working she served as president of her local union.

She loved and enjoyed her church, United Pentecost Church, Goshen.

She also enjoyed her grandchildren and family, gardening and NASCAR.

Friends may call Wednesday, August 2, 2017, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where an 11 a.m. funeral service will be conducted Thursday.  Rev. Ted Carroll will officiate.

Burial will follow in Elkhart Prairie Cemetery, Goshen.
