Marcella Miller, 81, of Elkhart, died peacefully Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Elkhart General Hospital surrounded by family.
She was born October 16, 1941, in Muncie to Robert and Esther (Sailers) Yoder.
On July 7, 1962, she married Alvin Miller in Centreville, Michigan.
He survives along with four children, Allen Yoder of Elkhart, Jeffrey (Deb) Miller of Mishawaka, Della (Bill) Rackley of Elkhart and Melinda Millerof Mishawaka; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Alice Rickey of Elkhart; and a brother, Jim (Sherrie) Yoder of Middlebury.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Bentlee Johnson, and a brother, Ralph Yoder.
Mrs. Miller was a long-time employee for Elixir Industries, Elkhart, working as a production supervisor. Marcella was a loving homemaker and enjoyed time with her family, especially camping at Foxwood Hills, Middlebury.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 4 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. Pastor Michael Pennington will officiate. There will be two hours of visitation prior to the service beginning at 2 p.m.
According to her wishes, her cremated remains will be buried at Thomas Cemetery, Goshen.
