Marcella "Dottie" Cart

Marcella "Dottie" Cart, 88, of Goshen, died Friday, August 7, 2015, at Hubbard Hill Estates. She was born April 19, 1927 in Bourbon to Teddy and Goldie (Uplinger) Wilson. On October 9, 1954 she married George Cart in Bourbon. He died January 11, 2004. She is survived by her son, Rodney (Debra) Cart and grandsons, Kyle and Ryan Cart, all of Elkhart; two brothers, Wayne Wilson of St. Louis, Missouri, and Bob (Miriam) Wilson of South Bend; her much loved cat, Tiger; and longtime friends and caregivers, Merle and Betty Reynolds of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a step-brother, Forrest Lemler. Friends may call Tuesday, August 11, 2015, one hour prior to the 2 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Chaplain Dave Severance will officiate. Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Elkhart County Humane Society, Hubbard Hill Angel Garden or a charity of the donor's choice.
