Manuela D. Cervantes, 75, of Goshen, passed away Friday, December 18, 2015, at IU Health Goshen Hospital.
She was born April 17, 1940 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Ignacio and Jesusa Guadalupe (Juarez) Davila.
On Aug. 15, 1959 she married Asa Cervantes in Saginaw, Michigan.
He survives along with a daughter, Mary Garcia of Elkhart; three sons, Asa (Trini) Cervantes, Jr. of Austin, Texas and Daniel (Sherri) and James (Kathleen) Cervantes, both of Goshen; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters and six brothers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Mona Valenzuela and two siblings.
A Goshen resident since 1989, Mrs. Cervantes was a homemaker.
Friends may call Monday, December 21, 2015, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Community Church of Waterford.
Burial will follow in Hess Cemetery.
