Manley U. Rohn, 72, of Goshen, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Goshen Hospital where he had been two days.
He was born April 28, 1945 in Goshen to Melvin F. and Genevieve “Gene” (Greenhill) Rohn.
On March 3, 2003 he married Diane (Tibbott) Bailey.
She survives along with Manley’s son, Lee (Wendy) Rohn of Goshen; two step-children, Kris (Norm) Steward of Paw Paw, Michigan and Dennis (Diane) Bailey of Goshen; three grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Barb Barnhart of Elkhart; two brothers, Kim (Anita) Shannon of Goshen and Gary (Debbie) Shannon of Sault St. Marie, Michigan and Lee’s mother, Kathryn Rohn of Goshen.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gerald “Rohnnie” Rohn.
A graduate of Goshen High School, Manley was a member of the Salvation Army board and a former member of the 4-H Fair board and the Elco Theater board.
Friends may call Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and again Thursday one hour prior to the 10 a.m., funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Rev. Josh Vargas, Strong Tower Worship Center, Ligonier, will officiate.
Cremation will follow the service and burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Salvation Army.
