Goshen-Madeline Krueger, 77, of Goshen, died Tuesday afternoon, July 8, 2014, at her home. She had been in failing health the last three years. She was born September 1, 1936 in Chicago to Joseph and Felicia (Finello) Cosentino. On July 6, 1957 she married Hugo Krueger in Chicago. He survives along with three daughters, Phyllis Jackson of Radcliff, Kentucky, Geri Krueger of Goshen and Jacqueline (Stuart) Lynch of Nappanee; eight grandchildren, Alesha Marshall, Jessie Jackson, Ashley Young, Amber Griffey and Alexa, Aayliah, Arianna and Alyssa Lynch; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Martha Brooks, Alsip, Illinois. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Cosentino and a sister, Joanna Olszewski. A Goshen resident since 1973, Madeline retired from Kroger where she ran the cheese shop. She enjoyed cooking, reading, spending time with friends and family. A generous person, she enjoyed doing things for others. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 5:45 p.m., Friday, July 11, 2014, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 6 p.m. funeral service will be conducted. Father John Eze, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Mishawaka, will officiate. Cremation will follow the service at Yoder-Culp Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice, Mishawaka.
