Ludeama M. Stump

Ludeama M. Stump, 85, of Goshen, died Monday afternoon, October 27, 2008, at Greencroft Healthcare where she had been since 2002. She was born in Wakarusa on December 4, 1922, to Alonzo and Elizabeth (Middaugh) Nettrouer.  She married Robert C. Stump on November 11, 1942 in Nappanee.  He died December 23, 1998. A lifelong resident of the area, Mrs. Stump was a member of the West Goshen Church of the Brethren and the Fairview Grange.  She retired as an inspector in 1987 from Tri Angle Rubber where she had worked for 29 years. Mrs. Stump is survived by nine nephews and three nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; three sisters, Clara Miller, Evelyn Stahley and Mabel Snyder; and three brothers, William J., Clio and Clarence Nettrouer. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 29 at the funeral home. A 9:00 a.m., Thursday, October 30, 2008, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Pastor Norman Replogle of the West Goshen Church of the Brethren will officiate. Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to West Goshen Church of the Brethren or Greencroft Foundation.
