Loretta T. Culp, 84, of Goshen passed away Thursday afternoon, April 4, 2013, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She was born October 19, 1928 in South Bend, to Stanley and Eleanor (Pajakowski) Jackowiak. On June 13, 1959 she married George Culp Jr., in South Bend. He died January 17, 2003. Mrs. Culp is survived by three sons, Ken (Barbara) Culp, of Sydney, Australia, George Allen (Lisa) Culp, of Mishawaka, and Donald Culp, of Goshen; six grandchildren, Matthew and Madeliene Culp, Justin, Alexander, Alaina, and Abbey Polaski; and a brother, Matthew Jackowiak, of South Bend. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother Stanley Jackowiak Jr. Mrs. Culp was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church for more than 50 years, and a member of the ZB Falcons Polish Club in South Bend. She was an avid movie buff. She enjoyed camping and traveling anywhere her motor home would take her. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m. Monday April 8, 2013 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where a 7:40 p.m. Rosary service will be held. A Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday April 9, 2013 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
