Loma S. Hunter

Loma S. Hunter, 80, of Goshen died Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Goshen Hospital.

Born July 13, 1942 in Charleston, West Virginia, Loma was one of 11 children. She married James H. Hunter June 9, 1961 in Rantoul, Illinois.

He preceded her in death along with her father, Lovell Eugene Gray, and her mother, Elizabeth (Maynard) Gray, and six siblings, Georgie Kemper, Maxine Akers, Sonny, Bob, Roger and James Gray.

Survivors include four sons, James Hunter, Jr. of Goshen, Gene (Deb) Hunter of Elkhart, Ronnie Hunter and Shannon Hunter, both of Goshen; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth Gray; three sisters, Linda Fish, Nell Akers and Vicki Bostic; and many extended family members.

Loma was a loving mother and grandmother. She attended Zion Assembly Church of God.

Friends may call Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Cremation will follow at Yoder-Culp Crematory
