Lewis Dean Kiser, 66, of Goshen, died at his home Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014. He was born July 21, 1948 in Warsaw to Lewis Bud and Doris (Smith) Kiser. On May 1, 1971 he married Pamela Wert in North Webster. She survives along with a son, Eric D. (Samantha) Kiser of Milford; a daughter, Mindy L. (Jamie L.) Neal of Goshen; seven grandchildren and a sister, Marsha (Wayne) Huffman of Pierceton. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. Lewis worked as a receiver at US Cargo and as groundskeeper at New Paris Speedway for 22 years. He was a member of Goshen Eagles and Michiana Horseshoe Club. Friends may call Thursday, October 9, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m., Friday, October 10, 2014, funeral service will be conducted. Chaplain Greg Henry will officiate. Burial will follow in Baintertown Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of Yoder-Culp Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
