Levi "Lee" Eash Flowers? Levi “Lee” Eash, 68, of Carlsbad, New Mexico, died Saturday, December 24, 2005, at his home. He was born in Goshen, Indiana, on July 10, 1937, to Enos and Mary (Hershberger) Eash. On August 19, 1967, in Wakarusa, Indiana, he married Eileen Stichter. She survives. Mr. Eash lived in Goshen until 1977 and then moved to Carlsbad, New Mexico. He was employed by Starcraft Corporation in Goshen and Smoker Craft in New Paris. In Carlsbad he worked as a barber for 26 years. He was a member of the Carlsbad Mennonite Church. He is survived by his wife, Eileen; a daughter, Joanna (Duane) Harrison of Lafayette, Colorado; a son, John Kenton Eash of Boston, Massachusetts; and two grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Mel (Clara) Eash and Ray (Kathy) Eash, and a sister, Katie (Ora) Bontrager, all of Goshen. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Miller. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, December 30, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 31, 2005, funeral service will be held at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Rev. Amzie Yoder of the Carlsbad Mennonite Church will officiate. Burial will be in Olive West Cemtery, Wakarusa, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bible Memory Program of the Carlsbad Mennonite Church, New Mexico.
