Larry D. Shriner, 84, of Goshen, passed away, Monday, January 26, 2026 at his home.

He was born June 16,1941 in Goshen to Lester and Mildred (Weaver) Shriner.

On September 11, 1959 he married Phyllis Mullet in Wakarusa.

She survives along with daughters Esther Marie (Jimmy) Balser, Texas and Lisa M. (Chuck) Wilcox, Goshen; a son, Tom D. (Thresa) Shriner, Elkhart; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Also surviving is a sister, Sharon Stoll, Elkhart and brothers, Stan (Jean) Shriner, Goshen and Randy (Merideth) Shriner, Elkhart.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Sue Bowman and Gloria Bontrager; and a brother, Brian Shriner.

Larry owned and drove his own semi-truck for many years. This allowed him to see many beautiful areas of the United States. In his down time and after retirement he enjoyed woodworking.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where a 1 p.m. funeral service will be conducted Thursday, February 5, 2026. Rev. Dr. Gregg Lanzen will officiate.

Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery, Elkhart.

Memorial gifts may be directed to the family to offset expenses.
