Krissie K. Boss, 61, of Goshen, died of natural causes at her home Thursday evening, April 3, 2014. She was born April 3, 1953 in Columbiana, Ohio to Albert and Carol (Schloneger) Blosser. She is survived by her mother, Carol Blosser of Columbiana, Ohio; two children, Adam Boss of Goshen and Kaitlin (Daniel) Buzalski of Middlebury; four siblings, Lynn (John) Mays of Union, Kentucky, Rick (Mary Kay) Blosser, Joanne (Craig) Mercer and Terri (Tom) Wetherald all of Columbiana, Ohio; nine nieces and nephews; 10 great-nieces and nephews; and in-laws, Paul Boss of Goshen and Elvira (Kenny) Burke of Mishawaka. She was preceded in death by her father. An area resident since the 1970's, Krissie was an active member of Sunnyside Mennonite Church, Elkhart. She enjoyed cross stitching, gardening and reading. She worked for Mennonite Mission Network as a program human resource assistant. She had also worked as a paraprofessional for Concord Community Schools. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, April 7, 2014, at Sunnyside Mennonite Church, 23786 Sunnyside Ave., Elkhart. A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, April 8, at 11 a.m. at Sunnyside Mennonite Church. Pastors Terry Zehr and Melissa Fisher Fast will officiate. A private burial at Frame Cemetery will precede the memorial service. Memorial contributions may be given to Sunnyside Mennonite Church or Mennonite Mission Network.
