Koby Erb

Goshen – Koby A. Erb, 25, died unexpectedly, Sunday, November 3, 2024 at his home.

He was born August 1, 1999 in Goshen.

He is survived by his father, Jon Erb; mother and step-father, Kimberly (Yoder) and Mark Soncarty; paternal and maternal grandparents; three brothers; a sister; two step siblings; and nine nieces and nephews.

Koby was preceded in death by a nephew.

Koby was a kind, intelligent individual. He was a 10 year member of the Elkhart County 4-H Swine Club. He had a variety of interests including fishing, target shooting, building 3-D printers and making items with them.

A Celebration of Life for Koby will be Sunday, May 4, at Feedlot Shelter of Bonneyville Mill Park, from 3-7 p.m., the Celebration of Life will act like an open house, you're welcome to come when you can.  Because of Koby’s love of fishing this will be held on Indiana’s first free fishing day this year.  Come throw a line out in memory of Koby, a picnic meal will be provided.
