Kenneth W. Vance                                                                                         Flowers? Kenneth W. Vance, 83, of Goshen, died Wednesday evening, January 4, 2006 at Americare Living Center where he had been for the past three and one half years.   He was born March 11, 1922, in Millersburg, Indiana, to William G. and Elizabeth (Holderman) Vance.    He was a graduate of Millersburg High School and a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Millersburg.   He is survived by a sister, Lina Belle (B.G.) Hoogenboom, a brother, Charles (Dorothy) Vance, and two half sisters, Elizabeth Elder and Naomi Grissom, all of Goshen.   He was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Wysong and a brother, Henry Vance.   There will be no services.
