Kenneth David Neilson

Kenneth David Neilson, 53, of Millersburg, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2011, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. He was born June 26, 1957, the son of Frederick and Marjorie Neilson and the youngest of three brothers and two sisters.  A resident of the Millersburg area since 1994, Kenneth was a faithful husband of 31 years, loving father to eight children, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren.  He was a tireless and devoted employee of AMS of Indiana in Elkhart.  He was a worship leader and faithful servant of Voice Ministries (Elkhart) serving in prayer, youth, and community ministries.  Another joy was serving as an involved parent with his children’s Color Guard and Marching Band at Fairfield School.  A memorial service will be conducted at Voice Ministries, 1610 S. Nappanee St., Elkhart, starting at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 29, 2011.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Ken Neilson Memorial Fund via Voice Ministries. A private burial will be held at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.  Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
