Kenneth D. Loucks

Kenneth D. Loucks, 82, of Goshen, was in declining health and blessed by a swift departure on Tuesday, March 21, 2023.

He was born September 29, 1940 in Plymouth to W. Otis and Helen (Weaver) Loucks. On July 16 1960 he married Lois Weik in Annville, Pennsylvania.

She survives along with a daughter, Cynthia Miller of Goshen; a son, Dean A. (Nancy) Loucks of Elkhart; three grandchildren, Kayla (Nathan) Johnson, McKenzie (David) Yoder and Ryan (Renee) Loucks; four great-grandchildren, Grady, Colt, Walker and Kalina and one sister, Sue E. Loucks of Tucson, Arizona.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Garry L. and Jeffery Loucks.

Kenneth worked as an insurance agent for Western and South Life Insurance prior to becoming a crib manager at Keystone RV Company. He was a co-founder of Flight Masters of Elkhart County, a model airplane club. He served with the Brethren Volunteer Service and enjoyed crossword puzzles, word search puzzles and acoustic music. He was a big supporter of his wife in her Bluegrass Gospel Events.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday, March 27 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

A private burial will take place at West Goshen Cemetery.
