Kelly Jo Aker

Kelly Jo Aker, 44, of Goshen, died Saturday evening, September 15, 2007.  She had been ill the past few years. She was born March 16, 1963, in Goshen, to the late James Aker and Donna (Schalliol) Aker of Goshen. A 1982 graduate of Goshen High School, Ms. Aker worked as a travel agent after graduating from Missouri Travel School.  She liked NASCAR and animals.  She owned a 79 Camaro Z28 show car.  She is survived by her mother, Donna Aker of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her father, James Aker. Friends will be received 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 18 and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. A 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 19, 2007, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will be in Olive Cemetery West, Wakarusa. Memorial contributions may be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America.
