Keith E. Christner

Keith E. Christner, 53, of Goshen, died Friday afternoon, February 24, 2006, at Goshen General Hospital.   He was born January 14, 1953, in Elkhart, Indiana, to the late Rufus Christner and Betty (Powell) Christner.  On February 28, 1981, in Goshen, he married Rebecca Hostetler.  She survives.   Mr. Christner worked as a sales associate for Clausing Industries for 14 years before becoming disabled in 1991.   He is survived by his wife, Rebecca; a daughter, Sarah Christner of Goshen; and his mother Betty Christner of Goshen.   He was preceded in death by his father, Rufus Christner.   Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, February 27 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.   An 11:00 a.m. funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at the funeral home.  Rev. Ben Whirledge of the First United Methodist Church, Goshen, will officiate.   Burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.   Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
