On Monday morning at 8:43 Kathy Diane Pflueger took her final breath, and her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ carried her to the beautiful shores of heaven. She is now healed and whole in Heaven and forever in the presence of the Lord.
She was born September 15, 1950, in Goshen to Dale and Violet (Seddon) Wagner.
Kathy is survived by six children, Jeff (Marie) Pflueger of Nappanee, Kim (Larry) Benn of Goshen, Paula (Mark) Dill of Shipshewana, Amber (Rob) Reid of Yorktown, Thomas (Ashley) Bryan of Elkhart and Emily (Bryan) Bittner of Middlebury; 18 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister, Jeri Cripe of Okeechobee, Florida.
She was preceded in dead by her parents; a sister, MaryLee Hersberger and love of her life for 32 years, William Darling.
She worked as a quality inspector at Smoker Craft Inc. where she retired after 25 years of service. She enjoyed scrapbooking, gardening, reading and most of all loved to spend time with her grandchildren. She attended Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-day Saints, Elkhart.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. with Bishop Hiner officiating.
Kathy’s cremated remains will be scattered at Violett Cemetery later.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 E. Ohio St., Chicago, IL 60611.
