Kathy Lynn Hern

Kathy Lynn Hern, 49, died Friday afternoon, September 10, 2010, at her home.  She had been ill the last 10 years. She was born in Richlands, Virginia, on September 23, 1960 to the late Grevil Hagerman and Lurene Kennedy Mullins of Shipshewana. Also surviving are a daughter, Lori Hern of Shipshewana; a son, Shawn Hern of Fort Wayne; two grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Ellen (Chris) Tubbs of Sebring, Florida and Jolene Evans of Shipshewana; and a brother, Gene Hagerman of Virginia. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Ruby "Louise" Rose. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 14, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 15, 2010, funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
