Kathleen "Ileta" Harley, 72 of Acworth, Georgia, died early Sunday morning, June 17, 2012 at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She became ill while visiting family in Goshen. She was born March 26, 1940 in New Paris to the late Clarence and Freeda (Eaglebarger) Neff. She married James E. Harley, February 20, 1960 in New Paris. He survives. Also surviving are four children; Anita (Paul), Bret (Debbie), Karen (Gary) and Chad (Dawne); nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Conrad (Lois) Neff of New Paris, Steve (Marcia) Neff of Indianapolis; and a sister, Christine (Gordon) Pendleton of Coryden. Ileta retired from Civil Service in 1995 as a PNC supervisor. She was a graduate of New Paris High School. Her body will be cremated by Yoder-Culp Crematory. No services are planned at this time.
