Karlee Lynn Byler

Karlee Lynn Byler, age 7 of Goshen, died from an accident that happened at her home on Friday, February 25, 2011.  Karlee was born October 30, 2003 at Elkhart General Hospital to Jay and Kelly (Greer) Byler, Goshen. She attended Zion Chapel and was a first grader at West Goshen Elementary School. Karlee is survived by her parents, and a sister, Brooklyn, age 9. She is also survived by grandparents, Gary and Janet Greer, and James and Kathy Byler, all of Goshen, and great-grandmothers, Mary Bontrager, Goshen and Lois Vawter, Elkhart. Friends will be received on Tuesday, March 1, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Zion Chapel, 17285 C.R. 34, Goshen, where services will be held on Wednesday, March 2 at 10:00 am. Officiating will be Pastor Steve Chupp and Pastor Jim Dreier, both of Zion Chapel. Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to either the Zion Chapel Layette Ministry or to the West Goshen Elementary Food Pantry.
