Judith M. Sanders

Judith M. Sanders, 59, of Goshen, passed away Friday evening, October 25, 2013, at I.U. Health Goshen Hospital. She was born February 23, 1954 in Stambaugh, Michigan. She married David Sanders June 1, 1996 in Iron River, Michigan. David survives along with her ex-husband, Michael Maki of Amasa, Michigan; five children, Brigette (Michele) Maki and Chrystie Maki, both of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Kam (Dan) Kopf, Crystal Falls, Michigan, Wendy (Chris) Sanders of Elkhart and Tim (Lisa) Sanders of Orlando, Florida; five grandchildren, Chantelle, Dylan, Jurrien, Hailey and Ethan; two brothers, Jim (Yvonne) Andersen of Marquette, Michigan and Michael "Fuzz" (Linda "Schmoo") Andersen of Gaastra, Michigan; a sister, Dolly (Randy) Harris of Yuma, Arizona; her father, Robert Lundin of Watersmeet, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Irvin and Arties Alice (Erickson) Andersen. She graduated from West Iron High School in 1972. A domestic engineer, Judith moved to the Goshen area 26 years ago. She was a life member of DAV #15, Goshen. Her body will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date in Iron River, Mich.
