Juanita Rodriguez Grant

Juanita Rodriguez Grant, 54, of Goshen, died unexpectedly Friday evening, September 25, 2009, at Goshen General Hospital. She was born on June 21, 1955 in Brownsville, Texas, to the late Justo and Consuelo (Hurtado) Rodriguez.  She married Michael C. Grant on February 10, 2001, in Benton, Indiana. He survives. An inspector and press operator for Triangle Rubber, Mrs. Grant moved to the area 16 years ago from Saginaw, Michigan.  She loved life to the fullest while enjoying family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Michael; a daughter, Alisha Rodriguez Ruiz (fiancé, Lupe Gomez); four grandchildren; lifelong friend, Dilia Aguilar; five sisters, Maria Castillo and Olga Rodriguez, both of Saginaw, Michigan, Maria Connie (Edward) Olivarez of Edinburg, Texas, and Josie Gonzalez and Ester Rodriguez, both of San Antonio, Texas; and three brothers, Jimmy Rodriguez and Augustine Rodriguez, both of Saginaw, Michigan, and David (Kathy) Rodriguez of San Antonio, Texas. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. There will be no services.  Her body will be cremated. Memorial contributions may be given to the donor’s choice.
