Joyce Sarver

Joyce Sarver, 86, of Goshen, died Saturday, March 18, 2023, at The Maples at Waterford Crossing.

She was born November 12, 1936, in Goshen to Noble and Imogene (Prough) Sherck.

On June 12, 1954 she married Larry Sarver in Goshen.  He died May 7, 2017.

Survivors include a daughter, Kim (Ed) Rock of Goshen and three grandchildren, Abigail Rock of Brooklyn, New York, Elizabeth Rock of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Kyle Rock of Goshen.

Along with her parents and husband, Joyce was preceded in death by two daughters, Margaret Jean Sarver and Abbe McIntire and two brothers, Ronald and Kitt Sherck.

Joyce worked as a bookkeeper in the RV manufacturing industry and in City Court with Judge Olga Stickel.

Joyce enjoyed a variety of hobbies, including planting and caring for her flowers.  She also enjoyed reading and listening to music, with Neil Diamond being a favorite.  Joyce enjoyed time with family and friends while sharing a cup of tea and cookies.
