Joseph J. Briscoe

Joseph J. Briscoe, 59, of Bristol, died Tuesday morning, September 16, 2008, at Elkhart General Hospital after an extended illness. He was born in Indianapolis on February 9, 1949 to the late William Briscoe and Joann Briscoe of Goshen. He married Diane Ostroski on May 25, 1975 in Bristol.  She survives. A truck driver for ESI Meats, Mr. Briscoe is survived by his wife; a son, Jacob (Crystal ) Briscoe of Elkhart; a step-daughter, Leann (Don) Alexander of Lakeville; a grandson; his mother, Joann Briscoe, and two sisters, Rebecca Briscoe of Goshen, and Ruth Ann (Randy) Gratz of Columbus, Indiana. There will be no public services.
