John "Jerry" Leek

John “Jerry” J. Leek, 88, of Goshen, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at The Maples at Waterford Crossing.

He was born February 2, 1935 in Millersburg to Owen and Beulah (Manahan) Leek.

On March 26, 1961 he married Janice Cormican in Ligonier.

She survives along with two sons, Brian (Debbie) Leek of Howell, Michigan and Marc (Dani Owen) Leek of Marysville, Illinois and three grandchildren.

Jerry retired as production manager from the Madison, Wisconsin, newspaper.  He enjoyed baseball and basketball and wintered in Port Charlotte from 2005 to 2022.

Jerry and Janice moved back to the area in 2018 and were members of Goshen First Church.

Friends may call Friday, April 14, from 9:30 until the 10 a.m. memorial service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Pastor Diana Siegel will officiate.
