John Lambright

May 27, 1965 — January 26, 2016

John Lambright, 50, of South Bend, died Tuesday morning, January 26, 2016, at Elkhart Hospice House.

He was born May 27, 1965 in Goshen to Cleo Stanley and Marie (Prince) Lambright.

He is survived by his mother Marie Lambright of  Goshen; three sisters, Rena (Carl) Jones of Concord, New Hampshire, Debbie (Wilbur) Miller of Shipshewana, and Susie Lambright of Flower Mound, Texas; and three brothers, Gary Smith of Goshen, Mike Smith of Nappanee, and Jack Lambright of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Carl Lambright.

John attended Horizon Learning Center in South Bend. He enjoyed attending Catholic Church; family gatherings; coloring; cookouts; and music, especially Johnny Cash.

His joyful spirit brightened those around him.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 28, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.

A 10 a.m. Friday, January 29, 2016, funeral service will be held at the funeral home. Pastor Mike Sillimanite, Grace Community Church, will officiate.

A private family burial will take place at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
