John Maynard Hale, 63, of Goshen died Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Goshen Hospital.
He was born December 8, 1956 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Richard and Sallie Jewel (Hughes) Hale.
On September 26, 1999 he married Mary Ann Pulsipher in Warsaw. She preceded him in death August 11, 2017
Survivors include a son, Shawn (Samantha Shepherd) Hale of Warsaw; step-daughter, Angela Weaver of North Webster; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; six siblings, Jake Ed (Louise) Hale of Blue River, Kentucky, Amos (Lydia) Hale of Lorraine, Texas, Alice Baker of Wayland, Kentucky, Linda (Larry) Williams of Auxier, Kentucky, Lana (Joe) Crace of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Frank Hale of Pikeville, Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, James Richard Hale and Roy Daniel Hale and three sisters, Mary Martha Collins, Bertha Sue Gonzales and Inez Mae Crace.
Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
A memorial gathering will be held at a later date at God’s Highway to Heaven, Warsaw. Pastors Bob Brown and Glen Hughes will officiate.
