John “Dobie” E. Kincaid, 79, of Syracuse, died Saturday, December 28, 2019, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse.
He was born December 15, 1940 in Wevaco, West Virginia to Froud and Edith (Sampson) Kincaid.
Survivors include two sons, Gary (Shelby) Kincaid of Goshen and Dan (Suzanne) Kincaid of Nappanee; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Roy Kincaid of Goshen.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lester and Zane “Hank” Kincaid.
A lifelong area resident, Dobie worked at Western Rubber.
Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory and burial will be at a later date in West Virginia.
Memorial donations may be given to Harbor Lights Hospice.
