John George Doleys

John George Doleys, 92, died early Saturday morning, February 5, 2011, at Greencroft Healthcare, Goshen.  He was born September 24, 1918 in Moquah, Wisconsin, to the late Frank and Elizabeth (Kuzelka) Doleys. He is survived by two sons, Robert (Susan) Doleys of Goshen, and Dr. Daniel (Sue) Doleys of Brimingham, Alabama; two daughters, Mary Raatz of Elkhart, and Annette (Mike) McCrory of Birmingham, Alabama; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, John Doleys. A first generation American, Mr. Doleys was a lifelong resident of Manistee, Michigan, and worked for the state of Michigan. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Manistee Senior Center on River Street in John's memory.   Yoder-Culp Funeral Home and Yoder-Culp Crematory are assisting the family with arrangements.
