Joe Vongsa, 80, Elkhart, died on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born May 1, 1945, in Laos. He married Somly Vonga and passed away February 2, 2022.
Surviving are children Mimi Vongsa, Bounyasong (Mong) Vongsa, and Turk (Jenny) Vongsa.
A Buddhist service will take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. The Buddhist Monks will officiate.
Cremation will follow the service.
