Jo Anne Kotrba, 67, of Goshen, died Wednesday evening, May 11, 2011, at her home following a brief battle with cancer. She was born December 17, 1943, in Three Rivers, Michigan and lived in Goshen since 1975. On April 4, 1987 she married Frank Kotrba in Las Vegas, Nevada. He died December 5, 2010. She is survived by her mother, Dorothe D. (Dean) Waller of Goshen; three daughters, Tina Channing of Goshen, Theresa (Douglas) Coover, and Tammy Waters, both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; a step-daughter, Michelle (Waldo) Kotrba of Fort Wayne; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jacki (Monty) Coffman of Mishawaka, Marcia (Jack) Mitchell of Elkhart, Paula Valentine of Alabama, and Dottie Bolinger of Texas; four brothers, John K. Johnson of Goshen, Clifford Gilbert of Texas, Tim Reidner of Indianapolis, and Rob Waller of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy W. Johnson, a daughter, Terry Ambrose, and a brother, Bill Johnson. Mrs. Kotrba worked as a seamstress for the boating industry and she enjoyed gardening and doing crafts. Friends may call 4 to 6 p.m., Monday, May 16, 2011, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 6:oo p.m. funeral service will be conducted with Pastor Jim Breniser officiating. Burial will follow in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
