Jerry A. Simmons

Jerry A. Simmons, 78, of Goshen, died Monday afternoon, March 22, 2010, at his home. He was born in Goshen on September 6, 1931, to Gorden and Oral (Rodabaugh) Simmons. Mr. Simmons worked as a machinist at Western Rubber and was a member of the National Rifle Association. He is survived by two brothers, Roger Simmons of Elkhart and Norman (Carol Jean) Simmons of Goshen; and two sisters, Jeanne Simmons of Lakeland, Florida, and Arneal Brinkerhoff of Goshen. He was preceded in death by a brother, David Simmons. Friends may call 3 to 5 p.m., Monday, March 29 at the funeral home. A 12 noon, Tuesday, March 30, 2010, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will follow in McClintic Cemetery, Syracuse.
