Jeremy Lynn Plank, 46, of Goshen,  passed away December 16, 2021 at Goshen Hospital.

He was born October 13, 1975 in Goshen.

On April 25, 1998 he married Nickole Spencer in Goshen.

She survives along with his father, Gary Lynn Plank and; his mother, Janet “Jan” (Dwight) Miller; a daughter, Stevie Rae Plank of Goshen; paternal grandmother, Roberta Plank of Goshen; maternal grandmother, Kathryn Miller of Goshen and a brother, Josh (Lisa) Plank of Katzrin, Israel.

Jeremy worked at Stoney Creek Winery, Millersburg. He loved outdoor activities, hunting, fishing and sitting around campfires.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021 from 4 to 6:45 p.m. followed by the 7 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor Tony Brison will officiate.

Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later time.

Memorial gifts may be directed to his family for funeral expenses.
