Janice K. Rhodes

Janice K. Rhodes, 70, of Roundtree, Ohio, formerly of Goshen, passed away Friday, May 20 at St. Rita’s Hospital, Lima, Ohio.

She was born Aug. 23, 1951, in Goshen.

She is survived by her siblings, Nancy Pepper and John (Dawn) Marsh, both of Goshen, Phillip (Debra) Marsh of Nappanee and Rose (Peter) Riedel, Jacksonville of Florida; her companion, Leroy Charles Badertscher and stepfather, Gene Lambdin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Ronald Marsh and Sylvia L. Lay and her husband, Harry A. Rhodes.

Janice was the “family glue”, keeping up on the family news and sharing it with others.  She loved her “fur babies” and enjoyed cooking and Bingo.

She retired from NIBCO after 17 years.

Family and friends will meet at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen, for a graveside service on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 2 p.m.  Majors Sally and Tim Sells will officiate.
