Janice Kay Likes-Frankenberg

Janice Kay Likes-Frankenberg, age 67, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2026, at 10:45 p.m. Janice was born on January 9, 1959, in Elkhart, Indiana, to Emery Charles Likes and June Roberta Likes, both of whom preceded her in death.

Following her passing, we take comfort in knowing that Janice is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved infant son, Elmer Hershberger, whom she carried in her heart always.

Janice shared a lifelong and loving partnership with Clifford Miller of Goshen Indiana, whom she loved dearly. She was a devoted mother to her children, Jason Hershberger and April Hershberger-Neace, and a proud grandmother to Reece Overman, Serena Overman, Avionne Nicely, Mersaydees Nicely, and Aryious Neace. Her grandchildren were truly her world, and her love for them was unconditional and unwavering.

She is also survived by many siblings whom she loved deeply; though too numerous to list, each held a special place in her heart.

Janice was a hardworking and dedicated woman, known for her exceptional work ethic. She lived in Goshen Indiana, where she worked for 13 years at Kennametal Inc. before retiring. She also worked for Farmers State Bank in Indiana, earning the respect of coworkers and all those she served throughout her career.

Above all else, Janice's life revolved around her family. She was known for loving fiercely and selflessly. Janice had a fond love for her lottery tickets and enjoyed dining out at nice restaurants with her family, moments that brought her great joy and created lasting memories.

Janice leaves behind a legacy of devotion, strength, and deep family bonds. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her tireless care for others, and the love she poured so freely into those around her.
