Janet Ruth Ratcliff

Janet Ruth Ratcliff, 83, of Goshen, died Sunday, January 14, 2018 at The Maples at Waterford Crossing.

She was born November 27, 1934 in New Boston, Ohio to Fred and Gladys (Upton) Crabtree.

On February 15, 1952 she married Phillip H. Ratcliff in Greenup, Kentucky.  He died February 13, 2002.

Survivors include four children, Linda (Donald) Morrison, Fred (Cathy) Ratcliff, David (Lynn) Ratcliff and Danny Ratcliff, all of Goshen; granddaughter and caretaker, Angela (Fred) Ratcliff, Goshen; 16 other grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren and a brother, Ronnie Crabtree, Portsmouth, Ohio.

Along with her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by sons, Mike and twins, Roger and Robert Ratcliff; a sister, Christine Spurlock and brothers, Leonard, Rodney and Clarence Crabtree.

A homemaker, Mrs. Ratcliff enjoyed singing and spending time with her children and grandchildren

Friends may call Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m., Thursday funeral service will be conducted.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
