Janet Marie Miller

Janet M. Miller, 69, of Goshen, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at I.U. Simon Cancer Center, Indianapolis after a three week battle with acute myloid leukemia. She was born in Goshen on October 22, 1945 to Mahlon and Alma (Heatwole) Hartzler. Survivors include a daughter, Jackie (Jamie) Mullet of New Paris; a son, Scott (Fannie) Miller of LaGrange; two grandchildren, Kalie and Ben Mullet; two sisters, Norma (Kevin) Miller of New Paris and Virginia (Bob) Spry of Buchanan, Michigan and a brother, Herman (Mary Ann) Hartzler of Goshen. A 1963 graduate of Jefferson High School, Janet attended Davenport College for two years in South Bend. She worked at Goshen Hospital, Walmart and as a produce manager for a Save-A-Lot while living in Tennessee. Friends may call Saturday, February 7, 2015 from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at The Meetinghouse at Greencroft Goshen. Greencroft Chaplain Vanette Kashmir will officiate. Cremation at Yoder-Culp Crematory will follow the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Indiana Chapter or Samaritan Fund at Greencroft.
