James Mast

James Mast, 59, of Goshen, died Friday evening November 11, 2016 at Courtyard Healthcare where he had recently been admitted.

He was born April 17, 1957 in Goshen to Owen and Viola Mast.

Survivors include his sons, James (Jenny) Mast of Goshen and Mike (Tracy) Mast of Elkhart; four grandchildren, Mercedes, Ian, Devon and Rylea; five step-grandchildren, Sendra, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Erica and Billy; two step great grandchildren, Elaina and Leon; a sister, Shirley (Danny) Lung of Princeton; and a brother, Paul Mast.

He was preceded in death by his parents and step father, Walter Holmes; brother, Johnny Mast; and step great grandson, Jonathon Braley.

James was a graduate of Goshen High School and U.S. veteran.  He worked as a truck driver for Borden Waste-Away, Elkhart.

A funeral service will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Elkhart Prairie Cemetery, Goshen.
