James O. R. Franck, 49, of Goshen died Wednesday evening, July 20, 2016 at IU Health Goshen Hospital.
He was born March 11, 1967 in Medford, Wisconsin to Harold and Jocelyn (Kramer) Franck.
James is survived by his mother and step-father, Jocelyn (Joseph) Baker of Port Edwards, Wisconsin; a fiancé, Robin Schaefer of Goshen; four children, Zachariah and Kate Franck, both of Elkhart, Krystelle Franck and Jesse (Sadie) Franck, both of North Vernon; a brother, Matt (Dawn) Franck of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin; three sisters, Kitty Franck of Tony, Wisconsin, Misty (Robert) Baurer of Auburndale, Wisconsin and Joanie (Gary) Smith of Port Edwards, Wisconsin; a step-sister, Elizabeth Baker of Stevens Point, Wisconsin; and a step-brother, Joseph Baker of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by two sons, Joshua and Adam Franck, a niece and a nephew.
A longtime employee of Gleason Industries, James worked in maintenance and served as secretary and president of the local union of United Textile Workers.
Friends may call Monday, July 25, 2016 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.
Services will be held at a later date in Ladysmith, Wisconsin c/o Nash-Jackan Funeral Home.
Burial will take place in Westboro Community Cemetery, Westboro, Wisconsin.
