Jacqueline F. Yoder, 87, of Goshen passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Greencroft Healthcare.
She was born September 2, 1934 in Goshen to Nicolas and Harriet (Flager) Douma.
On August 12, 1955 she married Vernon S. Yoder. He died February 5, 2012.
She is survived by a daughter, Wanda Kay (Kenneth) Weirich of Whitestown; three grandchildren, Matt (Teresa) Weirich, Melissa Weirich-Mommer, and Candi (Nathan) Clark; five great-grandchildren, Parker and Noelle Niksch, Ben Clark, Madison Mommer, and Ashton Weirich; and two sisters, Betty Huffman of Elkhart and Roberta (Orval) Burkholder of Goshen.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Sue Yoder, an infant brother, Jackie, and a sister, Anna Lucinda Schwalm.
A 1952 Goshen High School graduate, Jacqueline was a long time member of New Paris Church of the Brethren. Mrs. Yoder worked for Veada Industries, New Paris; Jack and Jill Shoppe, Goshen, and 12 years at Goshen Floral before retiring in 2008.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 9, 2022 from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Pastor Stan Godfrey will officiate.
Following the funeral a private family graveside service will take place at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
