Jacqueline L. (Rhude) Myers, 91, of Goshen, died Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at the home of Cottage Garden, a home for elders with dementia.

She was born May 16, 1930, in Goshen to Howard Vern and Ruth May (Miller) Rhude.

On June 12, 1948, she married James F. Myers in Goshen.  He preceded her in death.

Three children survive: David (Liz) Myers and Marlene Sue (Jere) Bigler, both of Goshen and Marcia L. (Calvin) Berkey of Sarasota, Florida; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandchildren, Jessica Myers, Alex Gonzalez and Jacob Myers; brothers, Howie, Joe, Don and Larry Rhude and sister, Rosalie (Rhude) Howard.

Jackie was a Jefferson High School graduate and worked as a secretary and later for Western Rubber Company for more than 20 years before retiring.  Following her retirement, she and her husband owned and operated Hillside Nursery.   She was a member of First Baptist Church and most recently attended Sugar Grove Church, Goshen.

Friends may call Monday, Aug. 30, from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at Sugar Grove Church, where a 1 p.m., funeral service will be held.  The service will be livestreamed and the link will be available on www.yoderculpfuneralhome.com .  Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
